We are happy to announce that this year’s reunion is taking shape under the direction of the reunion committee. Twenty-Six (26) rooms have been blocked off in the DePalma Hotels and Resorts Ramada by Wyndham Las Cruces Hotel and Conference Center. The hotel is located at 201 East University Avenue. There is 13 King and 13 double queen bedrooms blocked for the reunion guest. They are available now on a first come first served basis. See lodging information below for instructions on how to reserve rooms.

The Reunion will take place at several locations during the weekend of October 11, 12 and 13 of 2024. We will start the weekend off on Friday October 11th by again gathering at Ruby Tuesday Back Porch located at 2611 N. Telshor Blvd. The Meet and Greet is scheduled from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Reunion Buffet on Saturday October 12^th will be at the Farm and Ranch Heritage Center with a buffet provided by Dickerson’s Catering. We have the venue all day on Saturday for decorating and set up; however the event is scheduled from 6:00 PM to 11:0 0 PM. A farewell breakfast is planned for October 13^th at A Bite of Belgium located at 741 N. Alameda Blvd and is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

• Lodging

Rooms have been reserved at the Ramada by Wyndham Las Cruces Hotel and Conference Center at 201 East University Avenue in Las Cruces, NM. The group rate code is “CGWALR”, Phone (575) 526-4411 for reservations to receive the discount for the reunion group discount. The King rooms are a total of $98.81, and the Double Queen rooms are a total of $104.47 per night. The price includes all fees and taxes. The lodging cost will be the responsibility of the individual making the reservation and a credit card is required to obtain a room for this event. The only way to get the group discount is to call the hotel directly at the number provided above. The last date to obtain a room under the group rate is October 4, 2024, after that you will be required to pay the standard rate.
